I’ve been practicing massage therapy in Chattanooga since 2015, but that’s not where it all began. It started with a simple belief that’s guided my entire career—

The human body is designed to move.

What happens when that movement breaks down?

Pain shows up.

Maybe slowly and over time. Or sometimes even overnight.

But once it’s there—

  • You start to move slower.

  • Movements that were easy, are jerky and stiff.

  • Activities you used to love are harder to enjoy, or simply take more energy.

It’s exhausting.

Muscular pain isn't some great big mystery or something you have to “live with”.

In fact, most pain comes from interrupted movement, stuck patterns, and tissue that can’t do what it’s meant to do anymore.

For the past 10 years, I’ve helped hundreds of clients understand what their pain is actually telling them—and then partnered with them to find solutions.
